All extension hair purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please consult with your stylist to ensure you are selecting the right type, length, and color before purchasing. We always reccommend consulting before purchasing hair.

Salon Scale is a digital tool that measures the exact amount of color used for your service. This means you only pay for what’s needed to achieve your perfect look—no guesswork, no waste. Your color cost is separate from your stylist’s service fee, ensuring fairness for both you and your stylist.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Respecting this policy helps us to continue providing exceptional service while protecting the livelihood of our Stylists.
